Warranty

Opti-Logic Corporation offers a two-year limited warranty on all currently manufactured Laser Rangefinder products. Warranty cards which accompany new manufactured products must be returned in order to validate the two-year warranty. 

During the first two years of ownership, Opti-Logic will repair or replace at their discretion, any unit which develops mechanical or electronic failure. This warranty does not cover consumer caused damages such as misuse, abuse or repairs attempted by someone other than an authorized  company technician. Customers should call 931-454-0897 and speak with a customer service representative to determine if a problem can be fixed with a phone call. If the problem cannot be fixed over the phone, the customer will be directed to return the unit along with a check for $20.00 to cover return shipping and handling.

After the expiration of the two-year warranty period, Opti-Logic will repair damaged or defective units for a minimum charge of $35.00 plus shipping. Repair costs may exceed $35.00, depending on the nature of the problem. Customers will be given the option to proceed or discontinue after the nature of the problem is determined.
